My favorit colors are red and black and love the use of red with good motivation written on the the sweats. I'm 6'2" 170lb lean muscle I bought Large pants and Large pull over. id say the pants are just a tad short by 1" but that's the style of today's sweat pants and for the pull over it fits great. super comfortable and warm holds heat in while I'm working out in the elimants.
