AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

Where every member starts… and where leaders rise.

WELCOME PERK

As a welcome to the program, every new ambassador receives a one-time 35% off code for their first order.
This code expires 30 days after receiving it.

HOW IT WORKS

• Commission Rate — 10%
All ambassadors earn a 10% commission on every order placed using their code. This begins immediately with no trial period.

• Monthly Payout Structure
Each month resets with the goal of hitting 20 code uses.

  • Hit 20 code uses: Your commission is paid out in money.

  • Don’t hit 20 code uses: Your commission is paid in store credit, as long as it meets the $50 minimum payout.

  • If your total commission is under $50: It rolls over to the next month, and is paid out once it reaches $50+.

• Activity Requirement
If an ambassador has 0 code uses in a 90-day period, they will be removed from the program and group.

HOW TO QUALIFY

To apply for Athlete status, ambassadors must achieve:
• 30 code uses per month for 3 consecutive months

ATHLETE COMPENSATION & PERKS

• Base Salary
Guaranteed monthly pay.

• Increased Commission — 13%
A 3% increase from the ambassador rate.

• Monthly Athlete Care Package ($150 Value)
A curated monthly package of Iron Society gear valued at $150.

• Posting Requirements
Athletes must meet monthly posting expectations and represent the brand with professionalism, consistency, and authenticity.
